Some Fixed Point Results on Generalized τ-ψ-Contraction Mappings in Partial Metric Spaces with Application

Abstract

In this work, we extend generalized contraction mappings in the setting of partial metric spaces. These results substantially generalize the results of Baiz et al. [7, 8] and Kumam et al. [5]. We give some consequences of the established result and provide an example in support of our result. An application of main result to the existence of solution of system of integral equations is also presented.
