Abstract

This paper presents a study on the design and analysis of a pressure vessel integrated with a  manage variable thermal loads, taking into account temperature , material and time dependencies. The research focuses on addressing the challenges posed by dynamic thermal conditions encountered in industrial applications, where pressure vessels are subjected to fluctuating temperatures and varying  operational duration. The methodology includes a comprehensive review of relevant literature, establishment of mathematical models incorporating temperature material  and time factors, and utilization of advanced simulation techniques such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA). The study aims to optimize the design parameters of the pressure vessel and limpet system to ensure structural integrity, thermal efficiency, and safety under varying thermal loads.
