Implementation of Asic Based Duty Cycle Correction Circuit

Abstract

Duty cycle is a component of VLSI circuits where performance plays an important role. This paper illustrates an accurate Duty cycle correction circuit with high performance measurement accuracy and correction of ranges. Experimental and theoretical results are shown which closely correlated.
