Abstract

This paper introduces an IoT-based wellness tracking utilizing Biosensor Module MAX3100 for blood saturation and heart rate, DS18B20 for body temperature, and additional sensors for room conditions. The system enables remote monitoring of patients' vital signs, facilitating timely interventions. The use of ESP32 Arduino ensures secure data transmission. The proposed system enhances patient care, safety, and contributes to personalized medicine, promoting a proactive healthcare approach. Tested successfully, this system allows medical staff to monitor multiple patients remotely, minimizing infection risks and optimizing healthcare delivery.
