The Effect of the Ease and Quality of Information on the Web on Customer Interest

Abstract
Introduction: The development of technology has a huge impact on the world of business, education, and even government. In the business world, the use of this technology will have a positive influence such as easy access to the internet, so that the dissemination of information related to products can be spread very widely, without distance and time. With this development, many companies use it to develop business.
Methods: This research design uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study is all customers of PT Semesta Wahana Perkasa. Researchers used accidental sampling techniques in this study. The data collection technique that researchers use is questionnaires. For data analysis techniques, classical assumption tests use normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests and heteroskedasticity tests. While the hypothesis test uses the F test and the T test.
Results: tcalculate for variable X1 (2.916) greater than ttable (1.660) then the decision Ha accepted, meaning that the variable ease of use has a significant influence on customer interest in using the services of PT. Semesta Wahana Perkasa. tcalculate for variable X2 (7.474) greater than ttable (1.660) then the decision Ha accepted, meaning that the variable quality of information has a significant influence on customer interest in using services PT. Conclusions: The variable of ease of use and the variable of information quality, partially have a significant influence on customer interest in using the services of PT. Semesta Wahana Perkasa. The influence of independent variables, namely ease of use and quality of information, simultaneously affects the dependent variable, namely the variable of customer interest in using services PT.
