Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper explores how embodied cognition affects women's mental health, emphasizing gender-specific differences. By investigating the question "How does embodied cognition influence women's mental health and well-being?" through literature review and qualitative interviews, the study reveals a positive link between embodied experiences and improved mental health in women. The findings suggest that interventions based on embodied cognition principles may benefit women facing mental health challenges, contributing to tailored therapeutic approaches. This research adds to the growing body of knowledge on embodied cognition and its relevance to mental health, particularly focusing on gendered aspects. The insights may guide the development of more effective therapeutic interventions for women, advancing our understanding of the mind-body relationship in mental health.
