Abstract
This research paper investigates the level of awareness and perception regarding health insurance among the teaching community. The study aims to provide insights into the current understanding, preferences, and challenges faced by educators in accessing and utilizing health insurance. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research involves surveys and interviews to gather quantitative and qualitative data from a diverse sample of teachers across various educational institutions. The findings will contribute to a deeper understanding of the factors influencing awareness and perceptions of health insurance within the teaching community. Moreover, the study seeks to identify potential gaps in knowledge, barriers to enrollment, and areas for improvement in health insurance communication strategies tailored to this specific demographic. The outcomes of this research are expected to inform policymakers, insurance providers, and educational institutions, facilitating the development of targeted interventions to enhance health insurance awareness and utilization among the teaching community.
