Abstract

The Sport Training Program Monitor is an Android application that can track high school students' extracurricular workout progress. The objective of this quantitative research is to examine the effectiveness of integrating this sports training program monitor. We employed the survey method to collect data from high school students in Jawa Tengah province. The research utilizes purposive sampling technique and a questionnaire as research instruments. The obtained effectiveness percentage is 95.66%, indicating a very high level of efficiency in the application. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that sports training program monitors are highly effective in monitoring students' activities. The trainer required this data to monitor the students' activities during the exercise. Teachers and students are encouraged to utilize this application to administer the Exercise for Extracurricular Sports Program, which aids in developing students' athletic potential and provides a comprehensive training record for extracurricular activities.
