Characterization Of Mechanical Properties Of Cryorolled Aa8011 Alloys Sheet
Main Article Content
Abstract
The mechanical properties of sheets made from the AA8011 alloy were cryorolled, annealed, and cold rolled in this work. Cold rolled and cryorolled annealed sheets were compared. Cryorolling is one of the essential severe deformation techniques needed to produce sheets with exceptional strength. From three millimeter-thick sheets, this alloy was cryorolled in numerous passes to a final thickness of one millimeter. A rapid annealing at 200°C for 45 minutes after cryorolling would result in a good balance of strength and ductility, according to study on the effect of annealing temperature and time on hardness.
