Abstract
Criminal law is positioned within society with the primary objective of regulating social life in order to provide security and protection for individuals and groups within the framework of state life. This objective is intended to ensure that society may live peacefully and free from fear of threats arising from acts committed by individuals or certain groups that may cause harm to a person’s life, dignity, and property.
